Summary

The Distribution Associate position is perfect for someone that is excited about being part of a team. Distribution Associates handle comprehensive tasks in the warehouse including picking, packing, taping, inserts, box making, material handling, and filling pick locations. Checking for quality to ensure customer satisfaction in all areas of the warehouse is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Distribution Associate is responsible for the following duties, while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.

• Maintaining a continuous workflow to prevent any bottlenecks or downtime
• Conveying material from stock using RF Scanners, shelves, conveyors, pallets, or dollies to meet the standard need of production
• Using scanners and computers to obtain 100% accuracy in all posted shipments
• Reading customer orders, production schedules, print tickets and or work orders
• Pick and pack orders to customer satisfaction and Norwex Standards while maintaining a set of goals in productivity and quality (minimum 99.71% accuracy)
• Must be able to perform any other duties asked by a supervisor or team lead
• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
