Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour | 1st Shift | Full-Time

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Technician looking for a stable opportunity with a leading automotive company? We are hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep production equipment, machinery, and facility systems operating safely and efficiently.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience who wants to build their skills and grow into a long-term position.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Diagnose equipment problems and make repairs quickly and safely
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and modifications
• Inspect machinery and identify potential maintenance issues before they cause downtime
• Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate issues to leadership
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA requirements
• Work closely with production personnel to minimize downtime and keep operations running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair knowledge
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings, schematics, or manuals
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to safely lift, bend, stand, climb, and work around manufacturing equipment

Pay & Opportunity

• $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
• 1st shift
• Full-time opportunity
• Opportunity to transition to a permanent position
• Pay increase after 90 days once permanently hired
