Northvale Roofing LLC is seeking a Roofing Canvasser to support our sales efforts and connect with homeowners in the Spring, TX area.

Position Summary

The Roofing Canvasser is responsible for generating quality leads and engaging potential customers to promote Northvale Roofing LLC’s roofing services. This role blends strong communication with community presence, helping homeowners understand available options and next steps.

You will represent the company professionally in the field, capture accurate information, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely follow-up. Success in this position comes from persistence, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to communicate value clearly and credibly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through door-to-door outreach and community-based canvassing

• Explain roofing services in a clear, professional manner and gather relevant customer information

• Maintain accurate lead records and ensure follow-up actions are documented properly

• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule inspections, consultations, or next steps for interested homeowners

• Represent the company with integrity, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with homeowners and community members

• Willingness to work in a field-based, customer-facing role within the local area

• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently while staying accountable to targets

• Comfort learning and following established processes for lead tracking and handoff to the team

• Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time in a hybrid work arrangement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, canvassing, customer outreach, or a similar role

• Familiarity with residential home services and basic roofing terminology

• Prior experience working toward measurable lead or sales goals

• Ability to handle objections respectfully and maintain a positive, professional approach

• Demonstrated experience delivering consistent performance in fast-paced, outdoor environments
