North Rising Star is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our expanding Minneapolis team. If you enjoy working with people, like staying active throughout the day, and want an opportunity where your development is taken seriously, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an entry-level position with full training provided. We hire for attitude, work ethic, and communication skills—not previous industry experience.
The Opportunity
Working across retail locations in the Minneapolis area, you'll represent a variety of client campaigns while helping create a positive and engaging experience for customers.
You'll become part of a supportive team where you'll gain practical experience, build confidence, and develop transferable skills that can open the door to future opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Representing client campaigns inside busy retail environments.
  • Greeting customers and creating positive first impressions.
  • Building rapport through friendly, professional conversations.
  • Introducing customers to products, services, or charitable initiatives.
  • Assisting with registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where appropriate.
  • Working towards individual and team campaign goals.
  • Participating in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
