Your Role

As a Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering professional, high-quality support and ensuring a smooth and positive experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal processes
  • Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence
What We Are Looking For
  • Native or fluent Slovak speaker
  • Good level of English for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
