• Open availability, including weekends when needed
• Team player with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and through email
• Answer questions about services and schedules
• Process orders and customer requests accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support daily operations and assist team members as needed
• Provide outstanding service that reflects the Nooga Paws brand
