We are expanding our farming operations and seeking individuals with a passion for agriculture to join our team. If you have a love for the outdoors and a strong work ethic, this role might be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities- Support the seasonal planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops
- Operate various types of farm machinery and vehicles
- Must drive tractor trailers
- Assist in the maintenance of farm equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in farming is a plus
- Strong mechanical skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in different weather conditions
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Proficiency with machinery and tools
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Effective communication
- Resilience
No certifications required, but training for required tasks will be provided.
