We are currently seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager for Noel Manor Retirement Living in Verona, WI.  This community has Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care on the campus. Position Overview: 

The Marketing & Sales Manager is the primary driver of on-site lead conversion and revenue growth for the community. This role owns the full sales cycle from inquiry to deposit, with accountability for achieving and exceeding monthly move-in targets. The Marketing & Sales Manager works in close partnership with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director to align lead generation efforts with on-site conversion strategies, ensuring a seamless and compelling prospect experience at every touchpoint.

What You'll Get to Do:

  • Own the on-site sales process from initial inquiry through signed residency agreement and deposit collection.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery calls, community tours, and follow-up interactions designed to advance prospects through the sales funnel and close.
  • Maintain a disciplined, structured follow-up cadence for all active leads using the community's CRM system.
  • Manage and prioritize a lead pipeline, applying strategic closing techniques to move prospects toward decision.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director to review lead volume, lead quality, and campaign performance.
  • Provide on-the-ground feedback on prospect objections, competitive pressures, and market trends to inform marketing strategy.
  • Participate in regional sales meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Share insights on prospect demographics and motivators to help refine marketing messaging and targeting.
  • Deliver a consultative, relationship-based sales experience that reflects the community's brand and values.
  • Build trust with prospects, adult children, and influencers involved in the senior living decision.
  • Host personalized community events and tours designed to accelerate decision-making.
  • Accurately maintain all prospect records, contact history, and pipeline status in the CRM daily.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Wage: $55,000 - $65,000 annual salary based on experience and education 
  • Bonus Compensation: Competitive base salary plus an aggressive admission and occupancy bonus compensation plan tied to move-in revenue and occupancy growth, with substantial earning potential for high-performing sales leaders.
