Job description
Are you an experienced Powersports Technician looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Look no further! Northern Colorado Powersports is NOCO's largest Powersports dealership and we are seeking a skilled technician to join our dynamic team.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of up to $45 per billed hour, based on experience, performance, and training

Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic assessments, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, electrical systems, and other components.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately diagnose and resolve problems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Powersports Technician.
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing Powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
- Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
