Help Build the Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS)
The BNATCS initiative is transforming national air traffic control through comprehensive infrastructure upgrades at over 4,600 sites. This includes thousands of new radios, hundreds of modern radar systems, enhanced runway safety at 200 airports, and six new control centers - all unified on a single operational platform to improve aviation safety and efficiency nationwide.

Your Expertise is Needed. We're seeking innovators and problem solvers in the following fields:

• Communications Engineers: Radio Engineers, Radio Frequency Engineers, Spectrum Engineers, Telecommunications Engineers, Voice Engineers
• Systems Engineers: Chief Requirements Engineers, IV&V Leads, MBSE / Digital Engineering Specialists and Architectural modelers, System of Systems Architects, Systems Engineers

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency (minimum of 3 years of US Reidency)
• Technical, business, and programmatic acumen
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams to accomplish shared missions
• Ability to incorporate state-of-the-art technologies and approaches
• Demonstrated self-initiative and follow through

Desired Qualifications

• FAA technical and/or programmatic experience
• Aviation and Air Traffic systems background

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $78,900.00 - USD $123,300.00 /Yr.
