Role Description The Director of Operations is a fulltime, onsite role based in Wellington, FL, responsible for overseeing daytoday construction and business operations. This role coordinates project schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards and client expectations. The Operations Manager monitors budgets and timelines, reviews progress reports, and addresses operational issues as they arise. They collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and office staff to optimize processes, improve communication, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The role also involves supporting hiring, training, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
