About the Role

We're seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer to lead our product strategy and execution. As CPO, you'll serve as a key member of the executive team, driving product innovation that delivers exceptional value to our customers while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver compelling products
• Translate market insights, customer feedback, and business requirements into prioritized product initiatives
• Own product KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Represent the company's product vision to customers, partners, investors, and industry forums
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of launching successful products that drive business growth
• Strong strategic thinking and excellent analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred
