Job description

Job Summary

NoCo Septic is looking for a reliable and hardworking Septic Technician / Installer to join our team. This position involves installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial septic systems. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, operating equipment, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Install septic tanks, drain fields, and related system components
  • Perform inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and light equipment safely
  • Dig trenches and assist with excavation work
  • Read basic site plans and follow installation specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Follow all company safety procedures and local regulations

Qualifications

  • Construction, plumbing, excavation, or septic experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CDL is a plus, but not required
