NKU Music Preparatory Teaching Staff

The NKU Music Preparatory Program is dedicated to making high-quality music education accessible to learners of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. We believe that the arts are a vital part of a thriving community and a fundamental element of personal growth. Through exceptional instruction, innovative programming, and meaningful community engagement, NKU Music Prep enriches the cultural life of the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati region.

NKU Music Prep has an ongoing need for teachers with expertise in all instruments and voice for private lesson instruction, as well as teachers for classroom instruction. For a complete list of current Music Prep offerings, visit the NKU Music Prep website.

Music Prep staff teach weekly lessons or classes depending on their expertise and assignment. Pay is determined by enrollment (private lesson students), time commitment (class instructor), and experience. This is an open application for our candidate pool. We are accepting applications from qualified candidates for future opportunities. While there may not be an immediate opening, applications will be reviewed and retained for consideration as positions become available.
