Made with no added preservatives or chemicals, our ice cream is created fresh in house using liquid nitrogen that flash freezes a mix of custom flavors and toppings within seconds! Our shop is designed with the look and feel of a real life intergalactic spaceship. Imagine yourself exploring the outer reaches of space with our crew who craft one-of-a-kind nitrogen ice cream creations pulled straight from the cosmos. Job Description
- Preparing and freezing ice cream using liquid nitrogen (Standing and constant movement, bending).
- Requesting and receiving payment for customers
- Having charisma and being engaged while greeting customers.
- Provide a strong attention to detail while customizing each ice cream to the customer's liking
- Back up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure
that the orders are being created and delivered to customer in a timely
manner.
- Cleaning in accordance to our company's sanitary
standards including but not limited to: Sweeping and mopping floors,
cleaning walls, counters, back room and service equipment, and service
area.
Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Strong Communication & Hospitality skills
Basic computer skills in order to operate a point of sale system
Bilingual Spanish (Preferred but not required)
Cash Handling Experience - previous cashier experience a plus
Must be able to lift at least 20lbs and stand for the duration of your shift
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
The ability and willingness to work a varying schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
