Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Marengo, OH. This role focuses on supporting day-to-day operations, including coordinating production workflows, monitoring inventory and order status, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services. The Operational Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes, track key performance indicators, and implement operational best practices. Daily tasks include preparing operational reports, supporting project timelines, assisting with sales and customer inquiries related to operational matters, and helping maintain compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a strong commitment to operational excellence in a technical manufacturing and automation environment.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support operational decision-making.
• Effective Communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Sales support experience to assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and coordination between sales and operations.
• Operations Management skills to streamline workflows, manage resources, and optimize day-to-day activities.
• Project Management capabilities to help plan, track, and deliver operational and improvement initiatives on schedule.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or automation environments is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency with business software and ERP or inventory systems; strong Excel or data-handling skills preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Marengo, OH and adapt to changing operational priorities.
