A leading nonprofit human services organization is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential homes and community-based programs.

This is an opportunity to build a meaningful career while helping individuals live more independent, fulfilling lives. Training is provided, and no prior DSP experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities
• Provide personal care and support as needed
• Administer medications (training provided)
• Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community events
• Encourage independence and skill development
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
• Complete required documentation
• Support community participation and social engagement
• Maintain a safe and positive environment

Available Schedules

• Full-Time and Part-Time
• Day Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts
• Weekend Shifts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background clearances
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, education, childcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
