HR Professional

Job Location: Columbus, MS (Onsite)

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits | Direct Hire

Nickerson Talent Solutions (NTS) is hiring an HR Professional for a growing aerospace manufacturing organization in Columbus, Mississippi. What You'll Do

• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.

• Support full-cycle recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.

• Administer HR programs, benefits, HRIS, and employee records.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.

• Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and talent development initiatives.

• Assist with HR reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or related HR role.

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or production environments is preferred.

• Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, HRIS, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.

• Working knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

• Must qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by applicable U.S. export control regulations.
