What You’ll Do

You’ll bring your skills to every project by:

• Preparing surfaces and applying paint with brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Performing paint matching and finishing work
• Handling caulking, drywall repair, mudding, taping, and wallpaper
• Following safety procedures and maintaining quality standards
• Safely operating tools, equipment, and company vehicles

What We’re Looking For

You should be dependable, hardworking, motivated, and proud of your craft.

• 2+ years residential painting experience — Required
• 1+ year commercial painting experience — Required
• Strong knowledge of painting tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Valid driver’s license — Required
• Drywall or carpentry experience is a plus

Pay & Benefits

$20–$26/hour, based on experience and skill.
