State Farm Experience & Full Licensing Required
Nick DeMaio State Farm is seeking an experienced, fully licensed State Farm professional to join our high-producing multi-office agency in a 100% remote Customer Retention role.
This is a service-dominant position for someone who knows State Farm systems and processes, takes ownership of customer needs, and can deliver exceptional service independently in a remote environment.
While service and retention are the primary focus, this is not a service-only role. You must be comfortable identifying customer needs, recommending additional coverage, and confidently pivoting service conversations into inside sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must have:

• Minimum 1 year of State Farm agency experience
  
• Active Property & Casualty license
  
• Active Life & Health license
  
• Ability to provide a positive professional reference from a current or former State Farm agent
  
• Strong knowledge of State Farm products, systems, and agency processes
  
• Ability to work independently and remain productive in a 100% remote environment
  
• Willingness and ability to pivot from service into needs-based inside sales
  

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for existing customers.
  
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, coverage questions, and account updates.
  
• Provide knowledgeable support with claims-related questions and follow-up.
  
• Proactively contact customers regarding renewals, policy reviews, and account needs.
  
• Build strong relationships that support customer satisfaction and retention.
  
• Identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect existing customers.
  
• Pivot service conversations into appropriate in-book sales and cross-selling opportunities.
  
• Recommend Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other appropriate insurance products.
  
• Confidently ask for the business and close inside sales opportunities.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and consistent follow-up.
  
• Contribute to agency service, retention, and production goals.

You are an experienced State Farm professional who can step into a remote role and contribute quickly. You are dependable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision.
You lead with service, but you also understand that exceptional service creates opportunities to uncover additional needs. You can transition naturally into a sales conversation, make appropriate recommendations, and confidently close the business when the opportunity is there.
