Nick DeMaio State Farm is hiring a sales-dominant Account Manager who lives to close. This is not a passive service role its a production-focused opportunity built for competitive professionals who want their income tied directly to performance.

What Youll Do
  • Drive aggressive new business production from warm leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
  • Conduct proactive policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and ask for the sale
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and hit monthly production goals
  • Support client service needs while keeping a strong revenue focus
  • Generate referrals and expand the book through relationship building

Licensing Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license required prior to starting
Life & Health license preferred
If not currently licensed, full licensing support and training are provided to help you obtain required credentials quickly
What Were Looking For
  • Proven sales producer or highly motivated closer
  • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound activity and high-volume sales conversations
  • Organized and disciplined in follow-up
  • Insurance or financial services sales experience preferred
