We're on the search for a
Parts Sales Specialist, to help advance Nicholson's mission of building reliability for our customers -- by delivering superior customer service, supporting service team members, and meeting sales targets.
This position would work regular office hours (M-F 8 AM to 5 PM or similar schedule / 40 hours per week). This position is located in Pell City, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities; up-sell and cross-sell related or replacement parts, and promote upgrades and new products
- Process quotes, sales orders, returns, credits, and warranty-related parts transactions
- Maintain accurate records of sales, quotes, and customer interactions in Saleforce
- Consistently advance your technical knowledge of Nicholson's product lines, updates, and promotions, and those of its competitors
- Meet or exceed department sales targets and key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of customer-facing sales / support in an aftermarket sales environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) experience with MS Office 365 and CRM or ERP system
Preferred Skills & Abilities- Post-Secondary education or training in a related field
- Secondary language (French, Spanish, German) would be an asset
- Familiar with Salesforce and Epicor Kinetic
- Familiar with heavy industrial equipment and spare parts
- Experience reading / understanding drawings
- Superior customer service skills
- Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Effective communicator in person, by phone, and over various tech platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Physical RequirementsThis role is performed in an office environment, and the incumbent must be capable of sitting at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
