Job DescriptionPosition Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a warm and approachable demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules and meeting rooms.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
