We’re currently hiring for a Graduate Management Trainee to join our Houston-based team. This is a hands-on role ideal for an individual eager to build sales expertise while growing into a leadership position. You’ll work directly with customers, develop persuasive communication skills, and learn the building blocks of team management.

What You'll Be Doing as a Graduate Management Trainee:

• Representing client brands at on-site promotions, retail locations, or live marketing events
• Building rapport with customers and identifying their needs through conversation
• Delivering compelling product/service pitches and upselling where appropriate
• Meeting daily and weekly sales goals while contributing to team performance
• Participating in leadership development workshops and on-the-job coaching
• Helping support and guide newer team members as you grow
