Job description

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with an award-winning law firm to add multiple Pre-Litigation Attorneys to their growing team in Chicago! This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced candidate who is looking for a long-term position with strong growth potential.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school
  • 10 years of experience with 5 years in personal injury litigation, auto, commercial, and trucking
  • Specialty in Pre-Litigation experience from start to finish through the negotiation process
  • Heavy case management, negotiation, and settlement experience
  • Plaintiff trial experience is required
