Job description

The Talent Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting mid-level talent to meet organizational needs. Working as an independent contributor within a recruiting team, this role frequently collaborates with hiring managers and cross-functional HR partners to ensure a seamless hiring process. The recruiter leverages social media sourcing tools and job boards to find qualified candidates while supporting candidate evaluation and onboarding efforts with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using social media tools, job boards, and aggregators
  • Coordinate interviews and manage applicant tracking processes
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to match job requirements
  • Post job openings and maintain strong client communication
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of talent trends
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth new hire integration
