Work environment: Radiology CT Scan

Compensation: Up to $49hr DOE

Full Time Hours Guaranteed - Multiple locations & shifts to choose from

Qualifications Needed:

• Graduate of accredited school of radiologic technology 

• 1 year radiologic technologist experience without ARRT-CT or CT new grads welcome

• ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and (CT) OR

• BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support 

What You’ll Do:

• Explain procedures prior to & during exam

• Image correct anatomical area of interest & pathology according to department protocols

• Performing complex procedures considering age related & developmental criteria 

• Process & manipulate images, analyze image quality, troubleshoot, make technique adjustments & repeat procedures as needed

• Correctly send & transfer images to PACS

• Assess & recognize the patient’s emotional, physical & cognitive conditions

• Operate, care for & maintain equipment between patients (injectors, table tops & floors)

• Prepare room for examination (suction, oxygen, supplies)

• Administer contrast media & other medications in accordance with guidelines
