Window Cleaning Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Fish Window Cleaning is the nation's largest professional window cleaning company, with more than 275 franchise locations across the United States. Each location is locally owned and operated, providing a professional, team-oriented work environment with opportunities for growth.
We are currently looking for dependable and motivated Window Cleaning Technicians who have basic experience in professional window cleaning. Experience with commercial and residential window cleaning, ladder work, and working at heights is preferred. Additional training will be provided to help you develop your skills and succeed with our team.
Our technicians enjoy working independently while providing outstanding service to a wide variety of commercial and residential customers. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to meet new people while working outdoors.

- Monday through Friday only
- No evenings
- No weekends
- Start time between 7:00 and 8:00 AM
- Finish between 3:00 and 4:00 PM
- Our compensation is commission-based, giving motivated technicians the opportunity to increase their earnings based on productivity.
Qualifications:
- Basic experience in professional window cleaning required
- Own a dependable and respectable vehicle with current insurance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
