Job description

Position: Section Supervisor
Location: Battle Creek, MI
Job Type: Full-Time
Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (Shift assignment based on business needs)
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
Reports To: Operations Manager

Nexform Technologies is looking for experienced manufacturing leaders to join our growing team as Section
Supervisors. If you're passionate about developing employees, improving processes, and leading a high performing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
• Lead, coach, and develop production employees and Team Leaders
• Drive daily production to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
• Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to solve problems and improve
performance
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor production metrics, staffing, and operational performance

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
