About Newmark School
Newmark K-8 School and Newmark High School are state-approved, private not-for-profit institutions dedicated to serving children with autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention issues, and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to inspire, prepare, and ensure the success of our students through individualized education and support.
Your Opportunity to Make a Difference
We are seeking a Service Worker who is dedicated, compassionate, and ready to bring their expertise and heart into a school that values innovation, support, and collaboration.
What You'll Do

• Open and close school facilities daily to ensure the building is secure, accessible, and ready for use.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the school to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for students and staff.
• Monitor and manage janitorial supplies, tools, equipment, and fuel to ensure efficient upkeep of the building.
• Complete minor repairs such as fixing doors and windows, painting, patching walls, and replacing worn or damaged materials as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school.
• Working knowledge of proper use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
• Ability to interact with students, staff, and the public in a courteous manner.
