Senior Account Executive/ Commercial Lines Team Lead

Operations VP

Director of Agency Operations



Our client, a Property & Casualty insurance agency in Southwest Florida, is looking for someone to take full ownership of how the agency runs day to day. With ownership currently split between driving new business and managing internal operations, this seat is designed to hand over complete operational control so both owners can focus on growth. This is a true leadership seat with real decision-making power — the right person will run the function independently rather than simply carrying out instructions.



Responsibilities

  • Must have Commercial Lines Insurance background
  • Take charge of the agency's operational side, spanning every team and function service staff
  • Own the agency's core software platform, keeping data accurate and reporting reliable
  • Handle the agency's financial operations, including everyday bookkeeping and accounting
  • Build budgets and financial forecasts
  • Develop and roll out new processes and workflows across service and operations
  • Keep renewal and retention figures accurate and current within the system
  • Serve as the point person for smooth internal operations, freeing ownership to focus on sales and growth
