Start day is ASAP. Seeking bilingual Spanish-speaking Legal Assistant, no legal experience required. We are a small personal injury law practice run by a brother and sister team and supported by a paralegal and legal assistant. Our team is easy-going and fun to work with, but we appreciate great organization and efficiency as we continue to build our practice. We have an opening for a full-time legal assistant. No legal experience necessary.
The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and hard-working. Communication skills are vitally important. The candidate must be able to communicate in a friendly, professional, and effective manner. The candidate should be proficient with basic computer programs such as Word and Excel.
Job duties include answering phones, requesting medical records, reviewing medical records, drafting correspondence to insurance companies, maintaining document and office organization and efficiency, and general administrative duties. We work in a highly collaborative office.
