New Vison Learning Center

We are a Christian-based childcare and learning center seeking a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our ministry-minded team. Our mission is to provide a safe, loving, and faith-filled environment where children grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically.

• Provide age-appropriate care and instruction for toddlers (typically ages 1–2)
• Foster a positive, Christ-centered classroom environment
• Plan and implement engaging, hands-on activities aligned with developmental milestones
• Communicate daily with parents regarding their child's progress and needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Support the spiritual growth of children through prayer, songs, and simple Bible lessons

• A heart for children and a love for Jesus Christ
• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or ministry setting preferred but willing to train right candidate
• High school diploma or GED required; CDA or early childhood education preferred
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Able to meet state childcare licensing requirements including background check
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

• Paid Holidays, Personal/Sick Leave, Paid 2 weeks off (Week of July 4th and Christmas Week)
