We’re looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support multiple partners and our Firm Administrator. You'll be helping manage client documentation, and stepping in to assist with front desk coverage when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Support multiple partners and the Firm Administrator with daily administrative needs.
• Manage client documents, tax materials, and records with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide backup front desk support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and helping create a welcoming office environment.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, invoices, and other business documents.
• Coordinate mailings, shipments, conference room setup, and general office support tasks.
• Assist with tax return processing, e-filing support, and other firm projects as needed.

• The ability to work independently, stay flexible, and collaborate well with others.
• Prior administrative, office support, or client service experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Role Expectations:

Our tax season typically begins in the third week of January and continues through the April tax deadline. Because this is a seasonal peak period, overtime may be required based on workload. Beginning the first week of March, Saturdays will include a minimum of six working hours.
