Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide essential support and care for adults with disabilities. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.

**Currently hiring for part time position and flex position.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Facilitate social interactions and community engagement opportunities to enhance social skills and independence.
• Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to appropriate personnel.

Experience

• Previous experience in direct support or patient care is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members are essential.
