The Carpenter Helper provides essential support to skilled carpenters on small crews, primarily assisting with indoor residential and outdoor construction projects. This role involves material handling, tool preparation, and maintaining job site cleanliness while following safety procedures. The position offers daily on-site assignments and on-the-job training to develop skills in carpentry tools, materials measurement, and equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Handle and prepare materials for carpentry tasks
• Assist skilled carpenters with various construction duties
• Load and unload materials and equipment on-site
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
• Measure and mix materials as needed
• Use and maintain hand and power tools safely
• Perform sanding and painting tasks
• Follow all site safety procedures and protocols
