Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Engage in a minimum of 15 client hours per week, delivering compassionate and effective individual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions for diverse patients, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other treatment modalities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress to maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and make adjustments to therapy techniques as necessary, ensuring optimal treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with adults facing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our patients come from diverse backgrounds, and a cornerstone of our approach is cultural competence, ensuring that we meet each individual's needs with empathy and respect.

Qualifications

• Holding a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is a prerequisite for this role.
• Active licensure in the state of Washington as a Mental Health Counselor or Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.
• A solid foundation in mental health practices, backed by a minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct patient care within a mental health setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to deliver therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques, with a strong ability to adapt approaches to suit individual client needs is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
