⚖️ What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our attorneys and delivering exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Conducting legal research and preparing case materials
• Managing and organizing digital case files with a high level of accuracy
• Communicating directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assisting with hearing and trial preparation
• Participating in occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or team collaboration as needed
• Supporting Spanish-speaking clients through translation and interpretation as required

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proactive, organized professional who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law (required)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities in a hybrid work environment
• Must reside in Colorado within reasonable commuting distance to firm locations
