The Behavior Technician plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality behavioral services across multiple settings, including home, clinic, and school environments. Reporting to a BCBA Supervisor or Clinical Director, the technician frequently travels to client sessions to implement intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with clinical teams to support client progress.
Responsibilities
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
- Implement intervention plans as directed by supervisors
- Generate detailed behavior reports to monitor client progress
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members for optimal service delivery
- Document session activities and maintain organized records

- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
