Starting Pay: $16.25/hour | Additional differentials for education & experience
• Additional $0.50/hour for 1–4 years of experience
• Additional $1.00/hour for 5+ years of experience
Additional pay differential opportunities are available, with earnings of up to $20.00 per hour based on experience and education.

NeuroRestorative , a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Are you compassionate, patient, and ready to make a meaningful impact in someone’s life? As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity. This rewarding role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene
• Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide wheelchair assistance and ensure safe mobility
• Offer companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Help maintain the safety and well-being of each individual served
• Use proper lifting and body mechanics to safely assist clients
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 6 months – 1 year of caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required
• Valid, non-probationary driver’s license held for at least 1 year with no restrictions
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting others
• Ability to safely bend, lift, and assist individuals with mobility
Preliminary Requirements:
• Provide proof of a valid driver’s license (non-probationary for at least 1 year)
• Ability to attend paid orientation and commit to training
