Consultant – Leadership Program

Location: On-Site – Blue Bell, PA

Network Partners Group is seeking motivated early-career professionals with a background in Packaging Engineering for our Leadership Program in medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology consulting. This hands-on rotational program accelerates your career by providing real-world experience in packaging in addition to also exposing you to technical operations, compliance, and digital transformation - including remediation work, packaging and labeling changes, and major system rollouts.

What You’ll Gain:

Qualifications:

• Packaging Engineering degree
• Experience can range from December 2026 Graduates to Entry-level Professionals with 2-3 years of Experience
• Internship experience in Packaging supporting a Life Sciences company or other regulated industry
• Quality, Validation, Automation, and/or Robotics experience preferred
