Job Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and testing of fire alarms and detection systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and ensure fire alarm systems are operational at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service during installations, maintenance, and inspections.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to achieve company goals.
• Keeps records of service calls, equipment installed, and maintenance performed.
• Stay updated on fire alarm technology and relevant code changes.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Fire Alarm License is required.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fire alarm installation and maintenance.
• Experience working in diverse environments including commercial, residential, and industrial settings.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and standards in fire safety.
