We are looking for an experienced AHD Marketing Manager (AI-First) to lead the development and execution of modern, data-driven marketing initiatives powered by Artificial Intelligence. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is passionate about using AI to improve productivity, automate workflows, and drive measurable business growth. You will play a key role in shaping scalable marketing processes while working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
• AI-first mindset with demonstrated experience integrating AI into daily marketing workflows to improve productivity, creativity, and decision-making.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and experience working with AI platforms and other generative AI tools for content creation, research, campaign planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience designing or managing AI agents and automated workflows to streamline marketing and operational processes.
• Comfortable working with modern AI-powered development and productivity tools to accelerate content creation, automation, documentation, and collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Online Marketplaces, CRM systems, Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data, optimize campaigns, measure ROI, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or Analytics are considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, content creation, market research, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Design and optimize AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive marketing activities and improve operational efficiency.
• Build, test, and maintain AI agents and no-code automation solutions supporting marketing, lead generation, and internal business processes.
• Analyze marketing performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement continuous improvements based on data and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and digital marketing trends, introducing innovative solutions that create a competitive advantage.
• Document processes, establish scalable marketing systems, and promote AI adoption across the organization.
