Job Description: We are seeking an Insulation Production Manager responsible for maintaining quality installs, collaborating with installation crews, quality assurance, managing inventory levels in the warehouse, ensuring trucks are stocked, and overseeing equipment and vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.

Qualifications:

· Experience in the insulation industry (a bonus)

· Strong understanding of building science

· Solid grasp of equipment maintenance

· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

· Strong customer and company interaction abilities

· Driver’s license and clean driving record
