About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, child-focused therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families by providing individualized speech and language services across home, school, and clinic-based settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children develop communication skills, values a family-centered approach, and thrives in a multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for pediatric clients.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with families, educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Documentation & Progress: Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
  • Family Support: Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development outside of therapy sessions.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility for licensure, in California.
  • Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric populations.
  • Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for children.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in home-based, school-based, or pediatric outpatient settings.
  • Knowledge of sensory, developmental, and behavioral considerations impacting communication.
  • Experience collaborating with occupational therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
