What You'll Do

As an Early Head Start Classroom Aide, you'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where infants and toddlers can learn, explore, and grow. Working alongside teachers and caregivers, you'll support daily classroom activities, assist with children's care and supervision, and help ensure a positive experience for every child and family.

In this role, you will:

  • Help maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming classroom environment.
  • Assist with diapering, personal care routines, meals, and other daily care needs.
  • Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
  • Help prepare and serve meals while following food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance duties.
  • Complete assigned paperwork and support daily program operations.
  • Ensure children are supervised at all times and follow all health and safety requirements.

Most importantly, you'll help give our youngest learners a strong start by creating caring, positive experiences that support their growth and development every day.
