Location: Reno, NV - Nevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS)
Full-Time | Home-Based Early Intervention Services
Contract Position | Up to $35/hour (DOE)

Join Reliable Health Care Services as a Contractor withNevada Early Intervention Services (NEIS) in delivering life-changing care to children ages birth to 3 years. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to support therapy plans, work directly with families in the home, and help infants and toddlers reach critical developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver in-home services and monitor child progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation per state and federal standards
  • Support and educate families on therapeutic techniques and home activities
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary early intervention team
Qualifications
  • Active Nevada COTA license in good standing
  • New grads welcome! One year of experience preferred
  • Pediatric experience is a plus, not a requirement
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in home-based environments
