ShelfGenie esta buscando un socio de instalacion que ya sea un artesano experimentado. Esta es una excelente oportunidad para carpinteros, remodeladores de cocinas/banos y personal de mantenimiento que buscan trabajo adicional.
La experiencia ShelfGenie: nuestro objetivo es brindar la mejor experiencia a nuestros clientes. Los instaladores de ShelfGenie trabajan en estrecha colaboracion con el disenador/vendedor de ShelfGenie para ayudar a garantizar la satisfaccion del cliente.
Cree su propio horario: le traemos los clientes que compran. A partir de ahi, los instaladores de ShelfGenie programan citas de medicion e instalacion que se ajustan a la disponibilidad del cliente.
Capacitacion y soporte: cada instalador se somete a una capacitacion inicial para garantizar los estandares de instalacion de la marca. Oportunidades de desarrollo profesional disponibles de forma continua.
Compensacion: a los instaladores se les paga un porcentaje de cada trabajo instalado. Si bien no existe una garantia de ingresos por hora, las ganancias promedio son de $30 a $60 por hora. Los instaladores mas rapidos y experimentados pueden superar los $100/hora.
Responsabilidades:
- Reciba alertas de empleo por correo electronico y programe una cita con el cliente
- Subir medidas al sistema del portal informatico
- Inspeccione los productos por calidad
- Tome medidas precisas y carguelas en el sistema del portal informatico
- Recibir e inspeccionar productos para garantizar la calidad.
- Instale estanterias Glide-Out en la casa del cliente a satisfaccion del cliente
- Interactuar con los clientes de una manera profesional y amigable.
- Seguir las normas y reglamentos de seguridad establecidos y mantener un entorno seguro y limpio.
Calificaciones:
- Experiencia previa como manitas/mantenimiento general
- Licencias y seguros estatales necesarios
- Valorar la importancia del servicio al cliente
- Confiable, profesional, rapido, motivado, organizado y ejercita una buena gestion del tiempo.
- Transporte hacia y desde el lugar de trabajo
- Conocimiento de las normas y reglamentos de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo (OSHA)
- Conocimiento de metodos, herramientas y equipos utilizados en carpinteria.
