Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes or in assisted living facilities
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

Requirements:

• Current certification as a CNA/HHA in the state of Massachusetts
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to provide care to clients with varying levels of acuity and needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
