Job Summary:
Nefab Group is a global provider of sustainable packaging solutions, and they are seeking a Technical Account Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver smarter packaging solutions. The role involves managing technical projects, leading customer workshops, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and Nefab’s offerings.
Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for packaging engineers within a Key Account.
• Develop strong customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and working with Nefab’s global network to convert those needs into smarter packaging solutions that reduce total cost and CO₂ impact.
• Strengthen the customer’s perception of Nefab as a global leader in complete transport packaging solutions.
• Ensure technical excellence, customer alignment, and value creation across the customer’s supply chain, supporting both commercial success and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate and manage technical projects, lead customer-facing workshops, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and Nefab’s technical and supply-chain offerings, while working in line with Nefab’s Sales processes and Engineering Directive.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent documented work experience within packaging design
• More than 5 years of experience as a Packaging Engineer or within Technical Sales
• More than 5 years of experience as an industrial CAD designer
• At least 3 years of experience in corrugated packaging design
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office (PowerPoint in particular)
• Advanced CAD experience (e.g., IronCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge, NX/Unigraphics)
• Experience working with PDM systems
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience working directly with customers
• Ability to match customer demands with Nefab offerings and competitive supply-chain setups
• Experience with sustainability topics such as LCA (life cycle analysis), CO₂ reporting, and environmental materials
• English – Professional
Preferred:
• Additional languages are considered a plus
