Nebraska Lifestyles Property Management is a rapidly growing company specializing in single-family and residential property management. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to join our team and help support our continued growth.

This is a full-time, in-office position offering consistent hours, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process vendor bills and invoices
• Prepare and execute owner distributions
• Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
• Collect and organize receipts and supporting documentation
• Reconcile and balance company credit card statements
• Assist with biannual real estate commission audits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Support general office and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in accounting software (bonus if AppFolio Experience)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
